Being a lifelong Northwoods resident, I have a strong understanding of the local market and the unique character of our communities. This insight allows me to confidently help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process and make well-informed decisions.

I am married to Trent Johnson, a local contractor with Trent Johnson Construction. We have 2 amazing boys, along with a lively household that includes three dogs, a ferret, and a sun conure parrot. As a family, we love taking advantage of everything Northern Wisconsin offers – from hiking and fishing, hunting, snowmobiling and UTV riding.

Pam Laumeyer – Your Local Realtor

I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes since 1987, starting in Minnesota and adding my Wisconsin real estate license in 2010. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in everything from new construction and land development to managing and training teams, but what I treasure most is building lasting relationships with my clients.

Angie Tinucci – Your Local Realtor

I’m a Wisconsin-licensed Realtor and Office Manager at Route 63 Realty. My journey began in 2012 in the East Metro of Minneapolis/St Paul, where I worked as a Minnesota-Licensed agent until 2018. After moving back to Hayward with my husband, we purchased our forever home with the help of our agent, April Johnson.

In 2022, I reentered the real estate world, taking the time to learn the Hayward local market before earning my Wisconsin license in 2023. 

Real estate has always been a passion of mine. I love houses and the process of helping clients find the home that’s just right for them. I believe that if a home is meant to be, it will find its way to you. Sometimes you might lose a few along the way, but the home you’re meant to live in will come along. Personally, I said no twice to the home we currently live in. The third time is a charm! While it may not have been perfect at first glance, we love the space, scenery, and privacy-qualities that truly matter and can’t be changed. Everything else is just cosmetic.

Pam Gerken – Your Local Realtor

I am a licensed Realtor at Route 63 Realty and a lifelong resident of Hayward, Wisconsin. After graduating high school, I pursued my passion for cosmetology and have been a hair stylist since. Working in the beauty industry sparked my love for real estate, as both careers allow me to connect with people and build long-lasting relationships. I began my real estate journey in July of 2023, and I genuinely enjoy helping clients find homes that fit their lifestyle and dreams.

When I’m not assisting clients, I love spending time outdoors with my kids and our two pugs. Whether we’re swimming, going to the movies, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, or camping, I cherish those family moments. I’m also involved in my community as a nursery coordinator at a local church.

My passion lies in creating meaningful connections and helping everyone I meet feel valued and supported-whether in real estate, in the salon, or in everyday life.

Mary Nilssen – Office Administrator

One of the things I enjoy about working at Route 63 Realty and my role is coming to work each day, being part of a great team, and meeting all the wonderful people who walk through our doors.

Before joining Route 63 Realty, I worked in the Eau Claire School District as an elementary school secretary for over 25 years. While my background is in education, I’ve found that the opportunity to connect with and assist people is very much the same-and something I truly love.
